iPM assists organizations realizing strategic goals in a decisive, effective and sustainable matter. We created our own method called integral Performance Management (iPM) to do so.  We will process personal information as soon as you make use of (any of) our services. We find it important to inform you how we are dealing with personal data and how we use it. Moreover, we will inform you on your legal rights. We use these principles concerning privacy:

  1. We process your personal information when we have a legal foundation to do so. Relevant legal foundations are: permission, agreement and legitimate interest.
  2. We handle your personal information with care and take precautionary measures to protect this information.
  3. We strictly obey the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislations concerning processing of personal information.

You can help us by turning personal data illegible when sending copies of documents to us, especially your citizen service number. That way we decrease the risks of (e.g.) identity fraud together.

This privacy statement explains how we deal with your personal information.

What information do we gather and for what purpose?

iPM needs personal data for the following purposes:

  • The execution of consulting, training and coaching;
  • Managing customer relations;
  • Marketing and commercial activities;
  • Handling complaints;
  • Personnel and payroll administration (checks included);
  • Tracking financial and project administration (creditor/debtor management included);
  • Ensuring and carrying out the agreed employee benefits (insurances, retirement, Work and Income (Employment Capacity) Act (Dutch: WIA), Insurance for partially incapacitated employees (Dutch: WGA), );
  • The execution of an accurate administration of and for our cooperation partners (Flex workers).

Therefore, we gather the following personal information:

  • Name, first names, initials, titles, gender, date of birth, address, zip code, place of residence, phone number, email address;
  • Additional information for (flex) employees: marital status, account number, educational information, a copy of identity documents;
  • Number of administration;
  • Possible extra information needed for execution of the agreement with our clients;
  • Other information not stated above, when it needs to be processed as stated by another legislation.

The website

iPM collects and uses your personal information in order to provide you our (web) services and to communicate with you. Additionally, your information will be used for research and analyses in order to improve our (web) services.

The following personal data will be processed by iPM:

  • Login details and identification for the purpose of our client portals;
  • Information needed in order to answer (and solve) chats or web forms.

We keep track of all visits to our website, meaning your computer’s IP-address can be registered and used for statistical analyses of behaviour on our website. These analyses are also used to improve the functional design of our website.

Contact form, eBook download form and newsletter

You can ask us questions or a request any time through the contact form. Rather want the free eBooks? Download them using the eBook download form!

In order to respond to your request we use your email address, IP address, phone number, name. address and function. We save this data in order to make sure you are satisfied with our reaction, providing us a legitimate interest. Therefore, we keep your personal data for six months in our system. This way we can easily refer back to your information when you have follow up questions.

Moreover, you can subscribe for our newsletter, which contains news, tips and information on our products and services. You are free to unsubscribe any moment, as every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe.  

Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers when we have your permission. This information will be saved until you unsubscribe.


We like to send you information concerning special offers and new products/services. Channels we use:

  • by mail (hardcopy)
  • by email
  • through Social Media
  • by phone

You can object to this advertisement at any moment. In every newsletter we explain how, which is most often by sending an email or object when we call. 


In order to optimize our website, we use cookies. Cookies are little files in which we save information, making it possible that our website remembers your information (you do not need to fill it in every time) and shows us when you are visiting the website.

During your first visit to our website, you will get a notification in which cookies will be explained and approval will be asked to use cookies. Through your browser you can switch off cookies, however that will deteriorate the use of our website for you.

We have agreements with other organizations concerning the use of cookies on our website. However, we do not have full control over their data processing, so make sure to read their privacy statements as well.


We may seek contact with you through WhatsApp. We will never share sensitive information with you, such as bank accounts of personal information, via this application, since it is less reliable than email. Considering this, we also ask you to never share sensitive information with us using WhatsApp.

Third parties

iPM only provides your personal information to third parties who we work with in order to execute the assignment or to parties who are necessarily involved, such as IT-suppliers. When we have to deal with debt collectors or lawyers, the data exchange will always meet legal criteria and will never contain more personal data than strictly necessary.

On our website you will find social media buttons. This is a way how third parties (the administrators) collect your personal data.

iPM ensures, through contractual and organisational measures, that personal data gathered by third parties will only be used for the purposes mentioned above.  

In cases such as criminal investigation or fraud, we are obligated to provide personal data to third parties. When we receive such request, we handle the request with great care.  

Data security

We set high priority on the safety of your personal data. Therefore, saved personal data will be protected with technical and organizational measures. After receiving, data will be saved in a separate and shielded system which is only accessible with a username and password. We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL), which protects the information between you and our website when you fill in your personal information.

Moreover, our employees are obliged to confidentiality of your information. Technical measures are regularly checked to make sure they are resistant to new technologies. These principles are also required from third parties when we cooperate with them.


iPM will not storage your personal information longer than legally allowed and necessary for processing. The storage period varies, since it depends on the type of information and the purposes for which information is used.

When the legal period of data storage has expired your personal data will be destroyed by iPM of by a specialized organization. We think it is of great importance that data destroying is handled with care.

  • receive an explanation on which personal information we possess and what we are doing with it
  • peruse your personal information iPM possesses
  • have incorrect information corrected
  • have old personal information deleted
  • withdraw permission to keep your personal data
  • oppose to specific use of your data

It is important that you are able to legitimize yourself and to prove that the data you want to check or change is indeed your personal information. We will respond to your request within four weeks.

Changes within this privacy statement

We reserve the right to change this privacy statement. In order to stay up to date we recommend to read this privacy statement regularly.

When we adjust our website, we are obliged to complement this privacy statement. Therefore, the ‘last modified’ date on the first page will easily show you if we applied any chances to the statement.  We will do our best to announce changes to this document.
